From time to time, Oracle introduces new releases of Oracle Applications packed with new features and functionality providing for tighter security and increased stability. As time progresses, they also de-support old versions of the ERP application to ensure stability and future compatibility.

We help clients assess the new functionality and hardware requirements (if any), new and revised system architecture, sizing and licensing requirements and provide our recommendations. If you are on a Cloud version of ERP, we help prepare your teams to understand the upgrade cycle and help them be ready to deploy the upgrades to the most stable version at the appropriate time.

Our team has collectively completed several upgrades of several different versions. Given our past experience, we have knowledge of areas/functionality that could possibly break during an upgrade and that needs to be re-examined.
Most of the On Prem customizations implemented at the client’s site require being re-addressed post upgrade.

We take an inventory of the client’s customizations and work with the client’s users to test each of the customization post upgrade and fix it where needed.
We ensure the system is thoroughly tested and stabilized prior to going Live to ensure smooth transition and minimal impact to the business.
